Bought 2200.00 of furniture ,a stadium seat electric recliners and a rocker recliner love seat . The material on the set is the fabric that looks like leather.
we sat on the stadium seat for 3wks and where we have been sitting the fabric has changed colors to a purple black. we have been trying to get the issue settled with the store since July 2016. when we bought the set. Always saying we are trying to see what the manufacture has to say, well its been since 11/2016, when I talked to the manager and she stated haven't heard back from them yet, she has even pictures that was taken by her staff.
now 12/27/2016 just happened to let me know that she has heard back from the manufacture a couple of days ago.( but she never called after she heard) we called her, she stating that the manufacture is not going to replace the furniture or they aren't either, putting the blame on us the consumer cause of the clothes we wearing to sit on our furniture, How *** is that. We didn't fall off the turnip truck lady, what we have to sit on our furniture naked.
